Our Best Tip: Arrive Early
All on-site parking is FREE and available on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure the best parking spot and a relaxed start to your adventure, we highly recommend arriving 30-45 minutes before your scheduled entry or train time, especially on peak weekends.
During Peak Times & Full Lots
On our busiest nights, our main lots may reach capacity. When this occurs, our parking staff and clear signage will direct you to nearby auxiliary lots. We provide continuous, FREE shuttle bus service to bring you directly to the front gate and back to your car after your visit.
Accessible Parking
Accessible parking spaces are located in the lot closest to the main entrance for guests with a valid state-issued disabled person license plate or placard.
Important Safety Notice: No Street Parking
For the safety of all our guests and to respect our neighbors, street parking is strictly prohibited on Route 58 and all surrounding residential streets (including Meadow Rd, Rochester Rd, Mayflower Rd, and Crescent St). Walking along these busy roads is extremely dangerous.
Accessibility
Edaville is committed to providing an enjoyable and memorable experience for all our guests. We welcome visitors of all abilities and have developed the following guide to help you plan your visit.
Understanding Our Venue
Please be aware that the Festival of Lights is set in a natural, outdoor environment. All areas for the Festival of lights are paved pathways, except for the King's Stage Audience area. This stage will be used for the Synchronized Light Show.
Wheelchairs, Scooters & Strollers
Manual and motorized wheelchairs, electric scooters, and strollers are welcome at the festival.[1] While most areas of the festival are accessible, navigating the unpaved terrain can be challenging.[1] We highly recommend using strollers with larger, sturdy wheels and all-terrain or heavy-duty wheelchairs/scooters for the most comfortable experience.
Accessible Parking
Designated accessible parking spaces are available in the lot closest to the main entrance for guests with a valid state-issued disabled person license plate or placard.[2][3] This lot is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend arriving early.
Service Animals
Trained service animals are welcome throughout the festival grounds.[1] A service animal is defined as a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted.
Accessible Restrooms
Accessible restroom facilities are available at various locations throughout the festival. Please see the festival map upon arrival for specific locations.
